WaniKani
If you've read my blog before, you know that I'm learning Japanese. While my husband is charging ahead at over a year now of three hours per day of study, I'm going at a more casual pace.
For learning to read, I have used Remembering the Kanji off and on for a year and a half. It's fantastic and has been very helpful to me, but now I know enough that I want to learn the readings of the kanji. This year, I decided to sign up for a subscription to WaniKani.
So far, I love it. I don't know if I would have liked it without already knowing some Japanese, but at my level, probably around N5 or just below that, it seems perfect.
I look forward to being able to read more kanji aloud instead of only knowing the meanings.
